Congrats Jake and Lacey.

Last night in Jake Owen's hometown of Vero Beach, Fla. he proposed to longtime girlfriend Lacey Buchanan. While singing "Girl Don't Think I Can't Love You," he got down on one knee (without a ring) and proposed in front of friends and family at his annual charity concert.
